We help textile manufacturers cut photoshoot costs and increase catalog speed. Role OverviewWe are hiring a Field Marketing & Client Acquisition Agent to grow our client base in the Surat textile and fashion markets. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential clients, pitch our services, close deals, and maintain strong relationships with fashion manufacturers, boutiques, wholesalers, and designers. This is a 100% on-ground role. Key Responsibilities1. Market OutreachVisit major textile hubs: Ring Road, Varachha, Udhna, Surat Textile Market, JJ Market, Mahalaxmi Market, etc. Identify and list potential clients: saree, lehenga, dress, and fabric manufacturers. 2. Lead GenerationGenerate 10–20 new leads per day. Maintain a structured list of prospects and follow-ups. 3. Service Pitching & DemoExplain Posteradarc’s services: Mannequin → Realistic Model conversion 3D draping Catalog-ready visuals Show sample outputs to clients. Communicate pricing, timelines, and workflow clearly. 4. Sales & ConversionNegotiate and finalize deals. Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets. Secure 5–10 new clients per week depending on order size. 5. Client CoordinationCollect product images, requirements, and references from clients. Share details with the internal creative team accurately. Ensure smooth delivery of final outputs. 6. Relationship ManagementMaintain regular contact with active clients. Encourage repeat orders, bulk work, and monthly retainers. 7. ReportingDaily reporting of leads, visits, conversions, and feedback. Weekly performance summaries. Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation ability. Understanding of Surat’s textile/fashion markets preferred. Confidence in pitching and closing sales. Good follow-up discipline. Ability to handle WhatsApp communication professionally. Self-driven, target-oriented mindset. QualificationsAny graduate or 12th pass with strong sales capability. 1–3 years of experience in fashion/textile sales preferred. Freshers can apply if confident and good at fieldwork. CompensationFixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (experience-based) Commission: Attractive percentage per deal closed Performance Bonus: Monthly payout for target achievement Work TypeFull-time On-ground field visits in Surat Immediate joining preferred
