Job Overview We are looking for a motivated teleseller to connect with potential customers over phone calls, introduce our products/services, and drive sales. The role involves building trust, handling objections, and ensuring a smooth buying experience. Roles and Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to present and sell products/services. Understand customer needs, provide product information, and suggest suitable options. Follow prepared scripts while also adapting conversations to keep them natural. Record customer details, feedback, and call outcomes accurately. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle objections, answer questions, and resolve basic issues raised during calls. Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for campaign updates and lead follow-ups. Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times. Provide timely reports on call performance, sales, and customer interactions.
