Here is a job description for Field Sales Executive

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Job Type: Full-timeDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentSalary: 22k in hand + ESI/PF + Insurance + TA + Incentives and other performance bonus.(Fixed salary no deduction) Job Summary:-It is a growing consumer-focused retail company committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are expanding our on-ground sales team to strengthen our market presence and build strong customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue GrowthVisit retail outlets, distributors, and potential customers to generate new sales.Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.Promote company's product portfolio and ensure product visibility in the market.Conduct product demonstrations whenever required.2. Market Expansion & Lead GenerationIdentify new business opportunities within assigned territories.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.Conduct market surveys to understand competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.3. Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with retail partners, shop owners, and distributors.Address customer queries and provide post-sales support.Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.4. Merchandising & Store ExecutionEnsure product placement, branding, and display standards are met at retail outlets.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply team for timely replenishment.Collect market feedback and share insights with management.5. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily/weekly visit reports, sales data, and competitor insights.Use CRM/mobile apps provided by company's for reporting and tracking.Submit timely updates to the Sales Manager.

Key Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in the field and manage time effectively.Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.Self-motivated and target-driven.Ability to build relationships with clients.

Eligibility & Qualifications:-
Education: 12th Pass/Graduate (preferred).Experience: 6months to 3 years in field sales (FMCG/Retail experience is an added advantage).Must own a smartphone; two-wheeler preferred.Local language proficiency is essential.
