Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Engineer located in Pune. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing and growing sales accounts, providing technical support and expertise in engineering background, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The role involves regular client visits, presenting technical solutions, and working closely with the sales and engineering teams to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering
• Strong skills in Sales and Account Management
• Proficiency in Sales Management techniques and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the crane or heavy machinery industry is a plus
