Role Overview: Sunnyday Solar is on a mission to make clean energy affordable and accessible across Kerala. They are building a high-performance sales team and looking for energetic, driven go-getters who want to grow with the company. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy, providing tailored solar solutions, generating and managing your own leads, closing deals, and working closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales goals. Key Responsibilities: - Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy - Conduct consultations and provide tailored solar solutions - Generate and manage your own leads with support from marketing - Close deals and help customers save money while saving the planet - Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales goals Qualifications Required: - A people person who loves talking to new faces - Self-motivated and excited to earn based on performance - Sales experience is a plus but not required - Willing to work in the field (door-to-door, events, local marketing) - Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (Additional Details of the Company): Sunnyday Solar is a local company that is growing fast and putting people first.
