Join our dynamic team as a Field Sales Associate / Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in client interactions, driving franchise sales, and conducting on-site audits. We are seeking an individual with robust persuasion and negotiation skills, a fervor for sales, and practical experience in franchise sales or the restaurant/hospitality domain. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular client visits, in-person meetings, promoting and selling our offerings, facilitating franchise expansion through consultative approaches, conducting field-level audits to uphold operational standards, fostering enduring relationships with clients and partners, and surpassing monthly sales and performance objectives. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of field sales, business development, or franchise/restaurant sales experience. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities are essential, coupled with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and target-driven mindset. Comfort with extensive fieldwork is a must, and immediate joiners or individuals available on short notice are preferred. Candidates with a background in franchise sales, QSR chains, or hospitality/restaurant operations are preferred. Familiarity with field audits and quality control processes will be an added advantage. This role offers a competitive compensation package inclusive of a fixed salary and substantial incentives.
