About the Role : We are hiring a Field Sales Associate / Consultant to join our growing team. This is a field-intensive role (80%), focused on meeting clients, driving franchise sales, and performing on-site audits. We’re looking for someone with strong persuasion and negotiation skills, who is passionate about sales and has hands-on experience in franchise selling or the restaurant/hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular client visits and manage face-to-face meetings. Promote and sell our offerings to potential partners. Support franchise expansion through consultative selling.
