Field Sales Business Development

As a Business Development Field Sales at Future Industries, your role involves achieving sales/revenue targets through Field Sales. You will be responsible for generating sales leads/prospects through personal visits, telecalling, and implementing follow-up mechanisms. Your tasks will include sales quotation preparation, order fulfillment follow-up, data mining of the customer base, data entry, and maintaining old/new customer master database. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving on-field sales revenue targets as assigned - Creating a databank through data mining from various platforms and industry details - Developing a dealer network PAN India - Using the Company ERP to input all data into the system - Generating sales leads through Google search, Telecalling, and follow-up for closure - Generating sales through inquiries received from India Mart and other online market places - Visiting on-field for sales from the inquiry stage to the closure stage - Preparing price quotations for prospects and conducting follow-ups for sales closure - Preparing a sales job order and coordinating with the production team for order processing - Coordinating with departments involving production and assembly - Preparing invoices for all sales orders and dispatching them to clients - Following up on the dispatch status of clients" orders - Maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving queries and complaints effectively - Preparing lead MIS, sales pipeline report, and sales performance report timely - Performing any additional tasks assigned by management Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of products, competition, and industry positioning - Go-getter attitude for target achievement - Analytical, interpersonal, and people skills - Good verbal and written communication - Proactive and negotiation skills Education: - Graduate (Preferably from Engineering, not mandatory) Relevant Experience: - Minimum 3 years in field sales of industrial products Monthly Net Salary: - 30,000 - 40,000 + Incentives Total Experience: - 4-5 Years Travel Required: - YES Preferred Domain: - Sales & Marketing Work Time: - 09:30 am - 6:30 pm Gender: - NA,
