Job Description

You will be joining Future Industries as a Business Development Field Sales in the Sales & Marketing department located in Ahmedabad. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for achieving sales/revenue targets through field sales activities. This includes generating sales leads and prospects through personal visits, tele-calling, and implementing follow-up mechanisms. You will also be involved in sales quotation preparation, order fulfillment follow-up, data mining of customer base, data entry, and maintaining customer databases. Your key responsibilities will include achieving on-field sales revenue targets, creating a databank through data mining, developing a dealer network nationwide, utilizing the company's ERP system for data management, generating sales leads through various channels, preparing price quotations, coordinating with production teams, handling invoicing and dispatch processes, maintaining customer satisfaction, and preparing necessary reports on sales performance. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of the products, competition, and market positioning, be target-driven, have analytical and interpersonal skills, and exhibit proactive and negotiation abilities. A graduate degree (preferably in Engineering) is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales of industrial products. Good verbal and written communication skills are desired, along with the ability to work well with people. This full-time position offers a monthly net salary ranging from 30,000 to 40,000 INR plus incentives, based on your experience and performance. The work hours are from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, and the role may involve travel.
