Field Sales Associate

At MatAll, we are making an attempt to change the way end users buy construction material. While we are at it, we work closely with local manufacturers, retailers to leverage on their years of hard work.

We are looking for a Field Sales Associate to act as our face in the market, represent MatAll to the constructors (Interior Designers, Architects, Contractors, Factories etc), understand their pain point and inspire them to try MatAll once.

Some daily KPIs:

• Identify the relevant constructors for the geography assigned using tools like Google, Social Media, cold calls etc.
• Visit the specified hot zones and make cold visits to the constructors identified in the region.
• Share information about MatAll, showcase how using App can make their life easy and onboard them.
• Understand their pain area that can be solved, beyond MatAll and inform the Founders about the opportunity.
• Maintain a repository of such discussions and followup with constructors regularly on more insights.
• Maintain a daily roaster and submit a day end report of the activity done through the day.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
