Field Sales - Apprentice Hiring

The main responsibilities of this role include: You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and developing business opportunities. This involves identifying and generating leads through various activities such as catchment area initiatives, door-to-door marketing, field surveys, and referral networks. You will also be conducting cold calls and following up with potential customers. Additionally, participating in loan melas, market activation events, and field campaigns to promote home loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and SME loans will be part of your responsibilities. In terms of loan processing support, you will assist in collecting KYC and income documents from customers, help complete loan applications accurately, and coordinate with credit and operations teams to monitor the progress of files. You will also be responsible for following up on post-sanction requirements, disbursements, documentation, and addressing customer queries. Reporting and documentation play a crucial role in this position. You will need to maintain accurate customer records, update CRM or sales tracking tools, and submit daily MIS reports on leads generated, calls made, meetings attended, and file statuses. Ensuring compliance with internal processes, audit norms, and standards is also part of your responsibilities. Customer service and retention are key aspects of this role. Building rapport and maintaining strong customer relationships, as well as assisting with documentation-related issues, will be important tasks. Furthermore, training and development are essential. You will need to understand the system, process, technology, and complete loan cycle functions of the support department for upskilling.
