Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for customer acquisition and business development, including identifying and generating leads through various activities, conducting cold calls, and participating in promotional events. Additionally, you will provide loan processing support by assisting in collecting documents, completing applications, and coordinating with internal teams. You will also be in charge of reporting and documentation, ensuring accurate records and adherence to compliance standards. Building strong customer relationships and participating in training programs will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate leads through catchment area activities, door-to-door marketing, field surveys, and referral networks. - Conduct cold calls and follow up on prospective customers. - Participate in loan melas, market activation events, and field campaigns to promote home loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and SME loans. - Assist in collecting KYC and income documents from customers. - Help complete loan applications and ensure accuracy of data entry. - Coordinate with credit and operations teams to track the progress of files. - Follow up on post-sanction requirements of disbursements, documentation, and customer queries. - Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or sales tracking tools. - Submit daily MIS reports on leads generated, calls made, meetings attended, and file status. - Ensure adherence to internal processes, audit norms, and compliance standards. - Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in customer acquisition, business development, or related fields. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Knowledge of loan processing procedures and documentation requirements. - Willingness to participate in training programs for skill development.
