Field Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales and HR teams to fulfill hiring needs for Field Sales Executives across assigned territories/clusters
• Source high-volume candidates through field scouting, job fairs, walk-ins, referrals, local vendors, and blue-collar job platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess sales aptitude, local area knowledge, and communication skills.
• Organize and conduct on-ground hiring drives at hotspots like markets, colleges, and community centers.
• Ensure fast and compliant onboarding, including document verification and training coordination.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Paytm while interacting with candidates and local communities.
• Daily Check- in and Check out in allocated location is mandatory in GG app

Key Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in field recruitment, preferably in the fintech or logistics industry.
• Hands-on experience hiring for blue-collar or field sales roles .
• Strong sourcing skills using local networks, community relationships, field visits, and job portals like Apna, WorkIndia, etc.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in local language and basic English
• Familiarity with fintech tools like UPI, QR, soundbox.

Job Title: Team Leader Field Recruitment

TL FR CTC Cap- 550000

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Lead, train, and manage a team of Field Recruiters across multiple locations.
• Set daily/weekly hiring targets for the team based on business requirements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback/coaching to recruiters.
• Need to manage required productivity and attendance of each FR
  

Recruitment Operations:

• Plan and execute high-volume hiring drives for Field Sales Executives (QR deployment, merchant onboarding, POS sales).
• Monitor sourcing activities including job boards, referrals, local vendors, field scouting, and walk-ins
• Support recruiters in resolving candidate objections, onboarding delays, or sourcing challenges.
  

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Coordinate closely with Sales Leadership, Regional HR, and Ops teams to forecast and fulfill manpower needs
• Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and deployment of FSEs in collaboration with internal HR ops.
  

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in field recruitment or high-volume frontline hiring.
• Strong exposure to hiring for blue-collar/feet-on-street roles (sales, delivery, onboarding, etc.)
• Excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel within assigned zones/regions as needed.

Responsibilities of a Regional Hiring SPOC - FR Channel

• Act as the single point of contact for all FR hiring-related activities in the assigned region.
• Coordinate with regional managers and central HR to understand and prioritize hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using various sourcing channels.
• Ensure timely communication and updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate regular hiring reports.
• Support onboarding and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
