Field Recruiter (Delivery Partners Hiring)

About the Role

We are seeking a Field Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in recruiting delivery partners for a fast-paced quick commerce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for directly engaging with candidates in the field, driving bulk hiring, and ensuring smooth onboarding of qualified delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and attract candidates through field activities such as local drives, events, community networks, referrals, and third-party agencies.
• Approach and engage with potential delivery partners in high-footfall areas, transport hubs, and local markets.
• Conduct spot interviews, collect documents, and verify candidate eligibility (ID, license, bank details, etc.).
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure candidates are guided through the process until deployment.
• Maintain recruitment records, update databases, and report hiring progress regularly.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and meet hiring targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in field recruitment, preferably in delivery partner or logistics hiring.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and people skills.
• Ability to handle bulk hiring and work in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, travel, and engaging with candidates face-to-face.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and basic onboarding platforms.
• Experience in quick commerce, food delivery, or logistics is a strong plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
