Field Recruiter

The role of a Field Recruiter involves traveling to rural branch offices to facilitate the recruitment process for entry-level staff. It is your responsibility to identify suitable candidates for various locations and ensure that the right individuals are selected to join the team. Your main duties will include visiting rural branches to ascertain their hiring requirements, sourcing candidates through local channels such as job fairs, community contacts, and referrals, conducting preliminary interviews and screenings for entry-level positions, assisting with onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, maintaining records of interviewed and hired candidates, collaborating closely with branch managers and the HR team to streamline the hiring process, traveling frequently to build a local talent pool for future recruitment needs. Ideal candidates for this position should hold a graduate degree in any field, preferably with a background in Human Resources, possess at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or hiring for rural areas, be proficient in local languages in addition to basic Hindi or English, be willing to travel extensively to various villages and towns, exhibit strong communication skills to engage with people effectively and establish trust, demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines, and have prior experience in NBFCs or rural employment settings, which is considered an advantage.
