Description We are looking for a motivated and dynamic FIELD Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates through various field recruitment activities. Responsibilities Conducting field recruitment activities to source candidates for various positions. Building relationships with local educational institutions and job fairs to attract talent. Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their fit for open positions. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. Participating in recruitment events and promoting the company brand to potential candidates. Skills and Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and network with potential candidates. Familiarity with recruitment techniques and best practices. Proficient in using recruitment software and online job portals. Basic understanding of the job market and industry trends in India. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
