Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements from clients or team leads. Source suitable candidates from job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals. Screen candidates over the phone and evaluate them on technical and communication skills. Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. Follow up with candidates until the position is closed. Maintain recruitment trackers and submit daily reports. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future requirements. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi preferred). Strong interest in recruitment and human resources. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to recruitment tools and platforms. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or any related field. Knowledge of IT technologies and roles (Java, .NET, Testing, etc.) is a plus. Internship or academic project related to recruitment is a bonus (not mandatory). Role & responsibilities
