Job Opening: Field Recruiter Immediate Requirement

Field Recruiters

Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Hiring:
Handle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for roles like Delivery Associates and Warehouse Staff.
Vendor Coordination:
Work with local vendors to ensure manpower availability as per timelines.
Field Sourcing:
Visit colleges, job fairs, hotspots, and local areas to bring in walk-in candidates.
Onboarding Support:
Manage documentation, ID creation, and background checks for new joiners.
Track Hiring Numbers:
Maintain daily reports on hiring closures, joining ratios, and no-shows.
Ops Coordination:
Work with Operations teams to plan for peak manpower needs.

Requirements:

Experience:
1–3 years in field hiring or blue/grey-collar recruitment.
Skills:
Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Travel:
Must be open to travel within city/region for sourcing and onboarding.
Gender Preference:

Male candidates preferred
due to frequent field visits and nature of operational sites.
