Job Description

Field Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Operations Management

  • Develop and implement field strategies in alignment with overall campaign goals.
  • Oversee daily field operations to ensure smooth and effective

    campaign execution

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with State Heads, Regional Coordinators, and other internal teams.
  • Manage the field force and ensure timely updates from various field locations.
  • Identify operational gaps and provide actionable feedback to the field team.
  • Plan, conceptualize, and execute high-impact

    end-to-end on-ground campaigns

2. Field Staff Supervision

  • Lead, motivate, and guide field staff to achieve targets and ensure high productivity.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Provide continuous support, training, and direction to enhance team efficiency and voter engagement efforts.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with strong focus on campaign outcomes.

3. Logistics and Resource Management

  • Manage field office logistics including supplies, equipment, and digital tools.
  • Ensure optimal

  • Maintain accurate documentation, data, and reports related to field operations.
  • Ensure compliance with campaign protocols and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Political Science, Communications, MBA, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in

    political campaigns

    , voter outreach, or

    grassroots organizing

  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience is highly desirable.
  • Candidates from FMCG, Sales & Marketing backgrounds with strong field experience are also encouraged to apply.
