Field Operations Manager

As a Field Operations Manager at EcomaxGo, a Govt of India backed startup, based in Delhi, your role will involve overseeing and coordinating all field activities across multiple locations. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient execution of projects, meeting safety standards, timelines, budget constraints, and maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction. This position is crucial in bridging the gap between office and field teams, facilitating smooth daily operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise daily field operations and field staff - Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation - Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations - Support hiring, training, and development of field staff - Manage equipment, supplies, and logistical requirements across job sites - Prepare regular reports on status and challenges of field operations - Promptly resolve field-related issues to minimize downtime and cost overruns Qualifications Required: - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Proven track record of effectively managing field operations - Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with office and field teams - Mandatory requirement of owning a bike - Salary range between 25k to 30k with additional reimbursement benefits Kindly note that having a bike is mandatory for this position.,
