Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Onboarding Specialist located in Mumbai. The Field Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for onboarding new partners, ensuring smooth integration of services, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. They will also train clients on how to use our systems and provide ongoing customer service and support. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, providing detailed reports, implementing logistic solutions, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure their needs are met. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Training and onboarding blue collar gig worker Ability to work on-field and manage operations in Mumbai No education qualification.
