We are currently looking for Field Officers / Senior Field Officers (Sales) to join our team at Sarda Dairy & Food Products Ltd. (Vachan Brand) in Nagpur, Varanasi, Bhubaneswar, and Ranchi. As a Field Officer / Senior Field Officer in the Sales & Marketing department, you will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales in your assigned territories. Building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, ensuring timely collection and inventory management, conducting regular market visits, beat planning, and reporting, as well as executing brand visibility and promotion strategies at the ground level are key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate should have 3-10 years of experience in FMCG/Dairy sales, with a preference for graduates in any discipline and an MBA/PGDM qualification. Prior experience in the dairy/FMCG industry will be advantageous. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region, and either being based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur, Varanasi, Bhubaneswar, or Ranchi are essential requirements.
