Role: Field Officer / Senior Field Officer

Department: Sales & Marketing

Experience: 3-10 years in FMCG/Dairy sales preferred

Type: Full-time | On-field role

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive primary and secondary sales in assigned territories

* Develop strong relationships with distributors and retailers

* Ensure timely collection and inventory management

* Conduct regular market visits, beat planning, and reporting

* Execute brand visibility and promotion strategies at the ground level

Requirements:

* Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred

* Experience in dairy/FMCG industry will be a strong plus

* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

* Must be based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur, Varanasi, Bhubaneswar, or Ranchi
