Managing the trade marketing budget effectively and tracking campaign performance through market feedback, sales uplift, and scheme redemption analytics will be part of your routine tasks. Building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers will be crucial to enhance product reach and positioning in the market. Additionally, you will be supporting new product launches with trade input, visibility planning, and promotional execution to maximize impact. To be successful in this role, you should hold an MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institute and have at least 5-10 years of experience in trade marketing or category management, preferably in the paper, packaging, FMCG, or industrial goods sector. A strong understanding of B2B and retail distribution channels, proficiency in data analysis, market research, and promotion performance tracking, as well as excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
