Producer- Input Department

You are an experienced News Producer responsible for gathering and selecting news content, writing and copy editing stories, assembling stories into a rundown, and creating graphics and visuals for on-air broadcast and digital platforms. Your key responsibilities include: - Monitoring news feeds, engaging with reporters, and evaluating relevant news and information - Gathering information and stories from team members throughout the day - Collaborating with the news director to prioritize content and make the broadcast more attractive - Selecting footage and sound bites to ensure consistency in the broadcast - Liaising with the production team to maintain high technical standards - Communicating with the studio crew and anchors during on-air broadcasts - Coordinating with the production staff to uphold editorial standards for newsgathering on broadcast and cable platforms - Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of on-air content - Producing breaking news reports - Coordinating with the creative department to develop promotion strategies for upcoming newscasts - Performing research on local, national, and international affairs to stay updated with current events Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience as a News Producer for a specified number of years - Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, communications, or a related field - Hands-on experience with digital technology - In-depth understanding of the production process - Knowledge of camera operation, sound systems, and music editing - Ability to proofread and edit content - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills - Attention to detail If interested, you can share your updated CV with Mr. Pushpendra V, HR Manager, via email at hr.sudarshannews@gmail.com or contact at +91 78288 31975.
