Manager- Marketing (Channel Sales)

As the Manager Marketing (Channel sales) for Planning & Supervision, your role will involve visiting the market and dealing with distributors. You will be responsible for managing the Marketing team, Regional Managers, and Teams. Your key responsibilities will include devising and implementing promotion strategies, as well as overseeing Branding & Promotion activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Visit the market and interact with distributors - Manage the Marketing team, Regional Managers, and Teams - Develop and implement promotion strategies - Oversee Branding & Promotion activities **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 15 years of experience in channel sales of hardware products such as pipes, paints, bath fittings, and plywoods - Outgoing and communicative personality - Updated with the latest technology trends The company is looking for a candidate who holds a Graduation degree and has significant experience in channel management, preferably 10 years. A willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is preferred for this role. The work location is in Kolkata, West Bengal, and the candidate should be willing to relocate if necessary.
