Role & responsibilities

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through direct customer engagement at dealerships, retail points, and events.
• Conduct product demonstrations, test rides, and explain EV features/benefits to potential buyers.
• Gather competitor pricing, promotions, and customer preferences; report findings to management.
• Identify untapped markets (e.g., colleges, corporate parks, delivery fleets).
• Organise roadside camps, mall activations, and community events to generate leads.
• Train dealer staff on product specs, Sales pitch and financing options
• Follow up with prospects, resolve queries, and facilitate post-sale service coordination.
• Collect testimonials and referrals to strengthen brand loyalty

Requirements and Skills:

• Qualifications : MBA (Any Specialization)
• Experience 0-3 years in Automobile field / EV Industry
• Candidate should speak local language fluently
• Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
• Dealership management
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
