Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer located in Chhattisgarh, India. The Field Officer will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality control, and manage the delivery of ready-mix concrete to various sites. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Field Officer will also conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure timely completion of deliveries.

Project Management and Coordination skills
Quality Control and Inspection skills
Inventory Management and Logistics skills
Excellent Communication and Client Management skills
Knowledge of Safety Standards and Regulations
Ability to work independently and manage a team
Experience in the construction or concrete industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
