Field Officer

Job Summary:

The Field Officer will be responsible for coordinating on-ground activities, conducting field visits, gathering data, supporting operational tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of company initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to assigned locations.
• Collect and verify data, documents, or customer information as required.
• Support operational and administrative activities in the field.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, or students (based on company requirements).
• Provide timely reporting on daily activities, issues, and progress.
• Assist in organizing events, campaigns, or recruitment drives.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and guidelines during field tasks.
• Identify challenges in the field and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

• Any degree/diploma (freshers welcome).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the city/region.
• Ability to work independently and handle on-ground responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
