Field Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Officer to handle on-ground outreach and student acquisition across Kerala. The role involves visiting educational institutions, interacting with students, supporting events, developing local networks, and generating quality leads for the sales team. A short self-introduction video must be submitted with the application.

Responsibilities

• Travel across Kerala to visit schools and colleges as per planned schedules
• Conduct student sessions, workshops, and awareness activities
• Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community contacts
• Collect accurate student/parent information and maintain updated CRM records
• Assist in offline branding activities such as distributing brochures, posters, and standees
• Develop and coordinate with local agents and community partners
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and outreach efforts
• Participate in education fairs, expos, campus events, and public programs
• Identify opportunities for partnerships with institutions and local organizations
• Monitor activity performance based on lead quality, conversion, and engagement
• Work with Sales and Counseling teams for proper lead follow-up
• Drive walk-ins to centers through offline promotions
• Maintain daily logs of visits, events, and leads collected
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
• Coordinate with internal teams to support campaigns and outreach initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or BTL activities
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Ability to manage field travel and events independently
• Comfortable with extensive travel and achieving targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
• Self-introduction video submission is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
