Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Officer located in Najibabad. The Field Officer will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their financial needs, providing information about loan products, conducting field visits, and assessing customer eligibility. The Field Officer will also assist with loan applications, maintain accurate records, and offer financial education to enhance customers' financial literacy. Additionally, the role involves supporting community development initiatives and fostering trustful relationships with clients.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service and supporting clients
Ability to conduct field visits and work independently
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Basic knowledge of financial products and services
Empathy and commitment towards helping underserved communities
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related field is a plus
