Field Staff and Branch Manager

You will be joining Radhya Microfinance as a Field Staff and Branch Manager based in Budaun on a full-time on-site basis. As a Field Staff, your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, conducting field visits, and nurturing customer relationships. Meanwhile, as a Branch Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing branch operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, supervising staff, and meeting financial objectives. Effective collaboration with teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining precise records will be integral to your success in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess experience in customer outreach, conducting field visits, and managing customer relationships. Additionally, proficiency in branch operations management, staff supervision, policy compliance, and achieving financial targets is crucial.
