Field Officer – Hotel SaaS Sales

SaasAro Technova Pvt. Ltd. provides a modern Channel Manager and Direct Booking Engine for hotels. We help hotels increase online visibility, reduce operational errors, and grow direct bookings through seamless OTA connectivity.

We are expanding rapidly across India and are looking for driven Field Officers to join our on-ground sales team.

Role Overview

full-time field role

Key Responsibilities

• Visit 8–12 hotels daily within assigned territory

• Conduct product demos with hotel owners and managers

• Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent field activity

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels

• Gather market insights and competitor information

• Maintain accurate CRM and daily reporting

• Coordinate with the onboarding team for successful activation

• Represent SaasAro professionally in the field

Requirements

• 0–3 years of field sales experience (freshers welcome)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with daily field work and travel

• Ability to conduct product demos confidently

• Smartphone, basic tech understanding, and willingness to learn

• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
