Field Officer

Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated and proactive Field Officer to manage and supervise security operations at client sites. The Field Officer will ensure proper deployment of guards, discipline, and smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify guard deployment, duty rosters, and attendance daily.
• Conduct site visits, night rounds, and surprise inspections to monitor guard alertness.
• Ensure all guards are in proper uniform, ID card, and equipped for duty.
• Replace absentees or underperforming guards immediately.
• Collect and submit attendance sheets, incident reports, and client feedback to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain direct communication with clients for operational requirements and resolve basic issues promptly.
• Provide on-the-spot guidance or correction to guards regarding duty procedures.
• Act as the first responder in emergencies until higher management takes over.
• Support in training new guards on site-specific instructions.
• Enforce discipline, punctuality, and compliance among security staff.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in security supervision / field operations.
• Strong communication and people-handling skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within assigned locations.
• Basic knowledge of security operations, access control, fire & safety.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Prior experience in a security agency.

Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
