Ltd. www.energosindia.com Industry: Facility Management / Security Services Job Description: Energos India is seeking a proactive and reliable Field Officer to manage on-ground operations across multiple client sites. This role involves ensuring effective manpower deployment, maintaining client satisfaction, and upholding high operational and discipline standards in both security and housekeeping services. Key Responsibilities: Hire and deploy security guards and housekeeping staff based on site needs Arrange relievers promptly during staff leave or absenteeism Conduct routine site visits to ensure compliance, performance, and discipline Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company Quickly resolve on-site issues and escalate complex matters when needed Enforce grooming, attendance, and SOP standards across all locations Maintain detailed reports and daily operational documentation Develop and maintain a local network for manpower sourcing Requirements: 2–5 years of relevant field experience in facility or security operations Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel extensively across assigned sites Hands-on experience with manpower planning and scheduling Own two-wheeler (mandatory)
