Field Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer - Fault Repair at Atria Convergence Technologies Ltd., your role is crucial in ensuring 100% customer service and maintenance of network elements in the designated area. You will be reporting to the Team Leader - Service Delivery under the Fault Repair function. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Assume overall responsibility for ensuring 99.99% Customer Uptime - Maintain switches in the network as per norms - Support timely connectivity for all cross-functional teams - Maintain the network database and provide reports to the reporting manager regularly - Address customer complaints on field and deliver quality resolutions within the TAT - Resolve technical complaints promptly through analysis and troubleshooting - Monitor NMS using relevant applications and take necessary actions based on events - Analyze repeat complaints and ensure corrective measures are implemented through escalations if needed - Ensure 100% compliance with safety and cardinal rules - Adhere to processes and provide structured feedback to management for permanent service level improvements **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate/Diploma/ITI holder in any discipline - Preferred certifications in Hardware & Networking, MCSE, and CCNA - 0-5 years of work experience - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting of Networking and Hardware At Atria Convergence Technologies Ltd., we aim to be the most admired in-home entertainment, education, and interactive services provider in India.
