Field Network Engineer

Role Overview: You will be working as a Network Engineer - Fault Repair at Atria Convergence Technologies Ltd. Your main responsibility will be to ensure 100% customer service and maintenance of network elements in the designated area. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer uptime and providing timely resolution to technical complaints. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure 99.99% Customer Uptime - Maintain switches in the network as per norms - Provide timely connectivity support for cross-functional teams - Maintain the network database and submit reports to the reporting manager regularly - Attend and resolve customer complaints in the field within the TAT - Troubleshoot technical complaints effectively - Monitor NMS through relevant applications and take necessary actions - Analyze repeat complaints and implement corrective measures - Ensure 100% compliance with safety and cardinal rules - Adhere to processes and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Diploma/ITI holder in any discipline - Preferably certified in Hardware & Networking, MCSE, and CCNA - 0 to 5 years of work experience - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting of networking and hardware About Atria Convergence Technologies Ltd: ACT (Atria Convergence Technologies Ltd.) aims to be the most admired provider of home entertainment, education, and interactive services in India.
