Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure 99.99% Customer Uptime by promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints both on field and through technical troubleshooting. You will need to provide timely and quality resolutions within the defined TAT, monitor the NMS for alerts, and take necessary actions based on the events detected. Analyzing recurring complaints, implementing corrective measures, and escalating when required to prevent customer churn and ensure service delivery within SLA commitments will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure 99.99% Customer Uptime by promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints - Provide timely and quality resolutions within the defined TAT - Monitor the NMS for alerts and take necessary actions based on the events detected - Analyze recurring complaints, implement corrective measures, and escalate when required - Adhere to established processes and provide structured feedback to management for continuous service improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver permanent solutions Qualifications Required: - 0.6 - 5 years of work experience - Hands-on experience in networking and hardware troubleshooting - Educational qualifications ranging from 12th grade to Engineering level - Possession of a valid 2-wheeler license and vehicle - Ability to provide last 3 months" salary proofs and CTC letter Additional Details: The remuneration package for this position includes a competitive salary with the best hike on the existing package, allowances, medical insurance, and incentives.
