The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills. As a Solutions & Presales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise during the presales process and delivering tailored solutions to our clients. Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, Showcasing The Features And Benefits Of Our Solutions. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, including solution architecture, pricing, and implementation plans. Assist in the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities. Provide post-sales support and technical guidance to customers and internal project team as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in presales or solutions engineering. Strong understanding of Networking or Digital Media or Satcom Solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, presentations and surveys.
We are looking for Field Network and ELV engineer - who will be working on voice, data ( LAN/WAN/Wifi/Router/switches/Access points) , cctv, access control , Fire detection, BMS etc area . He should have good temperament and able to use common sense & logic - should be passionate to learn new things . Idea of AutoCAD design is added advantage . Good communication skill and customer centric approach is must . Should be open to work in Projects ,sites and flexible to stretch oneself .A CCNA certificate will be added advantage .
