Department: Field Marketing & Business Development

Location: AP, TS, TN & KA ( Primary Locations )

Employment Type: Full-Time (Target Based)

About the Role


We are seeking a high-performing Marketing State Head who will lead state-level business development, drive client onboarding, manage sales teams, and execute field activities to accelerate company growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Onboarding

Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients across the state.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Conduct regular field visits to meet potential clients and close deals.

Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of clients.


2. Business Development & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.

Explore new market opportunities through regular market fieldwork.

Plan state-level marketing drives, events, and sales initiatives.


3. Team Hiring & Management

Hire, train, and manage Sales Executives and Field Marketing staff.

Conduct field visits with the team to support them in closures and training.

Monitor target achievements and guide the team for performance improvement.


4. Field Operations & State Management

Mandatory field work: Minimum 70% of the job requires on-ground field activities.

Lead market surveys, client meetings, and ground-level marketing operations.

Ensure daily market coverage and team productivity in field.

Implement company processes and maintain operational discipline.


5. Market Analysis & Reporting

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis.

Provide daily/weekly field activity reports.

Share insights and improvement suggestions with management.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing leadership roles.

Strong experience in field sales, market expansion, and team handling.

Minimum 70% of the job requires on-ground field activities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and travel extensively across the state.

Target-driven and strong problem-solving capability.
