Field Marketing Specialist

As a Member or Senior Member Field Marketing in South Asia for Infosys Finacle, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing go-to-market strategies in the region. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, enhancing client relationships, engaging with prospects, and boosting the visibility of the Finacle brand in South Asia. With India being the primary market for Finacle, your focus will be on various segments such as public and private sector banks, NBFCs, Small Finance Banks, and the cooperative banking community. Your tasks will involve organizing events, driving digital campaigns, creating regional collaterals, drafting press releases, and managing client visits. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders like sales, product, pre-sales, and alliances will be essential for success. Your key responsibilities will involve developing a comprehensive marketing plan to support demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), brand visibility, and deal closures for Infosys Finacle solutions in the South Asia region. This will include understanding market opportunities, driving cross-sells, creating thought leadership opportunities, curating region-specific content, and supporting customer advocacy initiatives. Monitoring and measuring the outcomes of marketing programs, supporting central marketing activities, and managing lead handover to sales will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in managing corporate events, B2B marketing, digital marketing channels, and marketing automation tools. Strong English communication and presentation skills, content curation abilities, collaborative mindset, self-motivation, and organizational skills are essential. Experience in the B2B software industry, particularly in financial services, is preferred. Proficiency in Hindi would be an advantage for this role.,
