Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Marketing Representative located in Chandigarh. The Field Marketing Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential tenants, conducting property visits, organizing local events, and gathering market insights. Additionally, the role involves building strong relationships with property owners, promoting FindStay services, and supporting marketing campaigns on the ground. Regular reporting and collaboration with the marketing team will also be part of the day-to-day tasks.

• Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or related roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and event planning skills
• Ability to gather and analyze market insights
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms
• Flexibility to work on-site and travel within the city
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience in the real estate or accommodation sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
