Field Marketing Executive – PG Acquisition

FindStay is Chandigarh’s leading WhatsApp-first PG discovery platform, helping students and professionals find verified PG accommodations without brokerage. We’re building a network of 1,000+ PGs across the tri-city — and you’ll be the front face of this growth.

Role Overview

We are hiring Field Marketing Executives to join our core ground team responsible for acquiring PG properties, verifying listings, and maintaining strong relationships with PG owners.

You will visit different sectors daily, collect accurate property data, explain the FindStay platform to owners, and onboard them onto our system.

Responsibilities

• Visit PG accommodations and build relationships with property owners
• Collect and verify data: pricing, amenities, location, occupancy, etc.
• Onboard PGs using FindStay’s mobile or web tools
• Report daily progress to the team via Google Sheets or CRM
• Follow up with PG owners for additional property listings
• Help create trust between owners and the FindStay platform

Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi/Punjabi preferred)
• Familiarity with Chandigarh & Mohali sectors
• Must have own two-wheeler with a valid license
• Comfortable with on-ground work and reporting digitally
• Basic understanding of WhatsApp, Google Forms, and navigation apps
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate / Diploma

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)
