Field Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Brand Marketing Executive to promote our products in and around Ranipet. The role involves creating brand awareness, executing local marketing activities, managing dealer/retailer relationships, and ensuring product visibility in the target market. Key Responsibilities:   Promote and represent the brand across Ranipet and nearby areas   Conduct field visits to dealers, retailers, and potential customers   Execute local marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and in-store branding   Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and standees   Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion   Monitor competitors' activities and provide market feedback to management   Ensure brand visibility and adherence to brand guidelines at all locations   Participate in local exhibitions, events, and trade shows to showcase the brand   Maintain records of marketing activities, stock of branding material, and ROI tracking Requirements:   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field   0–2 years of experience in field marketing, branding, or sales   Strong communication and interpersonal skills   Willingness to travel within Ranipet and nearby regions   Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks   Knowledge of local market dynamics is a plus   Own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred What We Offer:   Fixed salary + incentives   Travel allowance   Training and development opportunities   A dynamic work environment with career growth potential.
