Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Facilitate project coordination by serving as a liaison between the branch, HO, and impaneled vendors. 2. Conduct reconnaissance of designated retail outlets in collaboration with vendors and the branch. 3. Ensure timely project completion in adherence to the given TAT. 4. Secure site possession for projects from the outset. 5. Create and assess the BOQ. 6. Inspect all assigned retail outlets to ensure quality standards are met. 7. Oversee final audits after the completion of projects. 8. Comply with all standardized brand processes. 9. Regularly maintain assigned reports and dashboards. 10. Hand over snag-free retail stores/projects in a timely manner. 11. Draft WCC certificates with work completion PPT and issue them to vendors. 12. Monitor the cost and quality control of work in progress at allocated sites. 13. Collaborate with the branch, HO, and vendor to identify and achieve proposed project solutions. 14. Manage multiple sites and verify all aspects of work scope, pricing, design, and change orders for assigned projects. 15. Communicate effectively with the regional operation team to ensure output delivery within estimated timelines. 16. Consistently travel to sites within the assigned asset portfolio. 17. Review drawings for adherence to standards. 18. Possess knowledge of fabrication and materials such as printing, painting, lights, new technology, wood, and metal fabrication. REQUIREMENTS - Must have experience of around 5-8 years in retail projects roll outs Should have a diploma/degree in civil engineering. Ability to meet deadlines is essential. Reliability and self-motivation are crucial.
