***This is Field Maintenance job, so there will be no plant or no in office maintenance job. For this Training may provide in case of freshers to our industry. So, if you’re having any future planning for moving in the production /manufacturing/quality dept., then you may ignore this job.

Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Department: Maintenance

Product 1 & qualification 1: KION-OM (diesel operated) Forklift- ITI/Diploma- mechanical/Electrical/Electrician

Location 1: Gandhidham, Morbi, Ankleswar, Vadodara (Gujarat)

Product 2 & qualification 2: JCB Backhoe loader- ITI/Diploma- Electrical/Electrician only

Location 2: Ahmedabad, Vadodara & Jamnagar (Gujarat)~ for training, candidates may need to come our head office Ahmedabad branch when required

***Exception: No other qualification will be consider & no production or quality experience will be considerable, if anyone still wants to join with us after having production or quality dept. experience, then they'll need to compromise with their current or last drawn salary (as per freshers salary)

Experience:

• min. 1 to 7 or more years of experience in servicing/maintenance or related field. Freshers are also welcome to apply

Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers: ₹15,000/month gross
• Experienced (up to 7 years): Up to ₹24,000/month gross (plus PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus)
• apart from salary PF, ESI, gratuity, performance bonus
• Travel Allowance & Dearness Allowance as per company norms for site visits (travel by personal two-wheeler, up to a radius of 100 km)
• Spares & referral incentives

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Visit customer sites for maintenance, repair & servicing of the above mentioned products (either forklift or backhoe loader)
• Perform breakdown analysis and troubleshooting
• Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedules
• Prepare and submit service reports/documentation

Requirements:

• Knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting and related works
• Basic troubleshooting and repair skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within 100 km radius on personal two-wheeler
• Good communication and customer handling
