Field Maintenance Engineer

Job Role: Service Engineer Lead – Maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical Equipment

Job Summary:
The Service Maintenance Engineer is responsible for visiting customer sites to perform self-maintenance and service on mechanical and electrical equipment or machines. The engineer will independently diagnose, resolve issues, and ensure the proper functioning of equipment. They may also be required to install mechanical and electrical equipment as needed.

Responsibility Deliverables:

• Visiting customer sites to perform self-maintenance and service on equipment or machines.
• Communicating with customers to ensure that services are being delivered effectively.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Monitoring and maintaining the performance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Explaining new features and suggesting upgrades to customers.
• Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
• Ordering and stocking materials as needed.
• Providing clear customer feedback.
• Writing reports regularly and presenting findings to managers.
• Ensuring independent resolution of equipment issues during on-site visits.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma/B. Tech/B.E in Mechanical & Electrical field.
• 1 - 3 years of work experience in Industrial Equipment & Machinery Industry (preferable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
