Job Title: Service Engineer – Cummins Electrical Generators

Location: Vapi, Ankleshwar & Baroda

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrician

Experience:

• 0 to 7 years of experience in generator service/maintenance or related electrical field
• Freshers (new to generator service industry) welcome — must be willing to sign a 3-year service bond

Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers: ₹15,000/month gross
• Experienced (up to 7 years): Up to ₹29,000/month gross (plus PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus)
• apart from salary PF, ESI, gratuity, performance bonus
• Travel Allowance & Dearness Allowance as per company norms for site visits (travel by personal two-wheeler, up to a radius of 100 km)
• Spares & referral incentives

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Visit customer sites for maintenance, repair & servicing of Cummins electrical generators
• Perform breakdown analysis and troubleshooting
• Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedules
• Prepare and submit service reports/documentation

Requirements:

• Knowledge of electrical systems & generator operations
• Basic troubleshooting and repair skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within 100 km radius on personal two-wheeler
• Good communication and customer handling
