Heres a clear and professional Job Description (JD) for the position of Field Loan Officer (Sales & Regular Collection) : Job Title: Field Loan Officer (Sales & Regular Collection) Job Locations: Khatra, Sonamukhi, Raghunathpur, Ranigunj, Durgapur, Haripur, Jamuria, Kulti, Mankar Work Timing: Starts from 6:30 AM Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits for loan sales and regular collection. Build and maintain relationships with customers in assigned areas. Ensure timely recovery of dues during the monthly collection period (1st to 12th). Educate customers on loan terms, repayment schedules, and consequences of delay. Maintain accurate field reports and submit daily updates to the team. Work Schedule: 1st to 12th of every month: Collection period, no holidays . After 12th: 1st Saturday & Sunday off. Rest of the month: All Sundays off. Eligibility: Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Candidates must be comfortable with field work and early morning reporting. Must own a two-wheeler. Posting Location: Candidates will be posted within 60 km from their home location . Salary & Benefits: Undergraduate: 14,000 (In-hand) Graduate: 15,500 (In-hand) Petrol Allowance: 3,000/month Incentives: 4,000 to 42,000/month based on performance Interested candidates can apply immediately Share your cv on WhatsApp number- 8348089153
