Job Description

Key responsibilities :- Document collection and delivery: Collect, deliver, and distribute documents, files, and parcels within or outside the office. Mail handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to the correct recipients. Office maintenance and cleanliness: Keep the office area tidy, clean, and organized, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas. Basic clerical support: Assist with tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing. Errand running: Perform office-related errands, such as visiting the bank or post office, and purchasing supplies. Support for staff: Provide general assistance to office staff with their daily activities.  Qualifications and skills Education: A high school diploma is often sufficient, and sometimes a higher secondary education is preferred. Skills: Basic office skills and familiarity with office equipment. Good communication and interaction abilities. Sincerity, trustworthiness, and a professional demeanor. Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office assistance role is beneficial but not always mandatory.
